There are many things to be grateful for:
Each of these had to begin somewhere though:
Everything that you are grateful for is the result of a choice at a particular point in the past.
In 2020, I put together a book club to read The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. I enjoyed the book, but it was the conversations I took part in with the group of people that was the more enjoyable part of the experience.
However, that book club almost didn't come to pass.
During the summer I found a group on meetup.com that met up at a part to discuss psychological topics. It seemed up my alley, so I decided to go.
When the day came though, I almost didn't go. The sky was getting pretty cloudy, and rain was forecasted for an hour. But I pushed through it and ended up having a great experience that day.
That one choice I made led me to many further experiences that I am grateful for.
Throughout today, ask yourself this question:
What can you do today to plant seeds of gratitude for tomorrow?
